These are the Eremitic Laments

The eremitic turn is the most austere turn in the pathway.

I.
The First Eremitic Lament
Seclusion about the Wells

This is doctrinal monism and spiritual isolation from others.

i. Do not concede you are a follower of the pathway, save in private to a confident.

ii. Do not advertise your views by attire, jewelry, or other displays and symbols.

iii. Do not proselytize, try to convert, or disrespect the religious views of others, and reject all open organizing, such as establishing churches or temples.

II.
The Second Eremitic Lament
Severity about the Wells

This is austerity of conscience in facing the realities and challenges of life.

III.
The Third Eremitic Lament
Serenity about the Wells

This is calmness observing
the Three Tenets and the Seven Precepts.

Make use of The Wells of the Frame as a compass in approaching this.
